Ford F-250 XL

The Ford F-250 XL is an impressive pickup. It has massive towing and payload capability and a cleverly designed interior. It's also comfortable, reasonably quiet, and easy to drive.

Powering this model is a 6.8-liter V8 that delivers 405 horsepower and 445 lbs.-ft of torque. Base models can tow up to 20,000 pounds but can be equipped with a fifth-wheel/gooseneck and can handle up to 22,900 pounds.

As for its features, the F-250 XL is a standard work truck, so Ford equips it with little frills. There are heated seats, power-adjustable towing mirrors, an eight-inch touchscreen, and a 5G Wi-Fi hotspot. Ford installed trailer sway damping and an integrated trailer brake controller for safety.

Ford F-350 XL

When Peekskill drivers need serious towing and hauling capability, there is no better truck than the Ford F-350. If a basic work truck with little added amenities is what you need, the F-350 XL is the perfect option.

Power the XL trim is a 6.8-liter V8 that produces 400 horsepower and 445 lbs.-ft of torque. With this much strength and its four-wheel drive, dual-rear-wheel setup, the XL can tow up to 13,700 pounds with a conventional trailer hitch. It also has the ability to haul around 8,000 pounds in certain configurations.

Its features, while sparse, are some of the most important. These include remote engine start, heated, power-adjustable towing mirrors, an eight-inch infotainment display, and connected services with access to a 5G Wi-Fi hotspot. Safety features include trailer sway damping and an integrated trailer brake controller.

Ford F-350 Lariat

In addition to the XLT equipment, the Lariat trim is available only with a SuperCab or SuperCrew cabin. The model is also powered by the same powertrain as the XLT and offers the same towing and hauling capabilities.

The difference between the two trims, though, is the amenities offered. Haverstraw shoppers will find the Lariat adds to the XLT features with tech like power-folding and power-telescoping mirrors, a remote tailgate release, and heated front and back seats. There's also a 12-inch digital instrument panel and touchscreen with navigation.

Ford also adds several new safety features to the mix, such as a blind-spot warning with rear cross-traffic alert, rear automatic braking, and a surround-view camera system.

Ford Transit Cargo Van

Essentially a big empty metal crate on wheels, the Ford Transit Cargo Van is the perfect option when you need to ship many items at once.

Engines include a 3.5-liter 275 horsepower V6 and an optional EcoBoost turbocharged 3.5-liter 310 hp V6. A 10-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive are standard, and all-wheel drive is optional. As for cargo space, the Transit Cargo can accommodate up to 246 cubic feet behind the front seats or up to an impressive 487 cubic feet with the right configuration.

As for features, there are basics like cruise control, manual tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, and Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity. However, more can be added for an additional fee. In terms of safety features, Ford has installed the Cargo Van with Ford Co-Pilot360, so drivers receive forward collision mitigation, lane keeping assist, driver attention warning, and automatic high beams.
